Why Penguins? Flashback by Matre10

Why penguins? The answer usually surprises people. Rsnail needed a simple character that he could animate for an experimental project. Looking around his desk, he saw an old Far Side comic that he clipped from a newspaper. This comic showed a penguin slipping on a banana peel. The idea for a waddling penguin with a white background was born.

Original comic on Rocketsnail’s desk probably found arround 2003.

You may know,Rocketsnail was the creator of Penguin Chat 3. Which then Merged into Club Penguin sometime arround in 2005 with the help of other producers like Gizmo and Screenhog. Club Penguin companie has gotten bigger and bigger and later in August,2007 Disnet bought part of Club Penguin. Which is now the actual Club Penguin you can play and see.

You probably didnt know this,but when you think of Cp,think of Rocketsnail. Because without him,Club Penguin would have never existed.

In Australia, you can check out the toys at Toys”R”Us, and then later on at Kmart. In New Zealand, you’ll find them at Farmers.

Hey! Matre here!

Well as you know i didnt post in a looooooooooooong time.My reasons are:

I rarely play cp because 90% of the game is made for members.And im not a member.
School,tests,and friends can be more important than staying late to wait for something on a game to happen.
Lastly,Disney is returning all the items I loved to use.Thats taking me down.

I am not quitting cp yet,but I am rarely posting here.You can still find me at Simmer 27 posting rarely or commenting.

By the way this site domain is expiring soon.

Im not choosing anyone to post,i’ll just post by myself when I would like to.

Ok thats what I wanted to tell you!

We’ve got awesome about the Elite Penguin Force game!

Because many penguins asked,the game will be available in diferent countries! The Club Penguin Elite Penguin Force DS Game is already available in English for some Latin American countries, and they’ve confirmed that in this spring 2009 it’ll be on the shelves in the United Kingdom and Australia!!

The fiesta party is coming up tommorrow! I hope they dont bring back my favourite maracas (07) .

February 6 – New clothing catalog

Now I’d like to explain that I didnt post about the Dance A Thon party because I’m a little mad at Club Penguin since they want to make their game kinda just for members…
