Why penguins? The answer usually surprises people. Rsnail needed a simple character that he could animate for an experimental project. Looking around his desk, he saw an old Far Side comic that he clipped from a newspaper. This comic showed a penguin slipping on a banana peel. The idea for a waddling penguin with a white background was born.

You may know,Rocketsnail was the creator of Penguin Chat 3. Which then Merged into Club Penguin sometime arround in 2005 with the help of other producers like Gizmo and Screenhog. Club Penguin companie has gotten bigger and bigger and later in August,2007 Disnet bought part of Club Penguin. Which is now the actual Club Penguin you can play and see.

You probably didnt know this,but when you think of Cp,think of Rocketsnail. Because without him,Club Penguin would have never existed.
